Are your items handmade?
Yes! She’s Krafty Girl creates handcrafted items in our small home-based workshop in Northeast Ohio. Because many of our creations are handmade, slight variations in color, placement, materials, size, or appearance may occur. Those little differences are part of what makes handcrafted creations unique.
Do you allow visitors to your workshop?
Not currently. Our workshop is a private home-based workspace and is not open to the public. The best way to see our creations in person is at one of the local craft shows and events we attend.
We don’t have any craft shows scheduled for the remainder of 2026, but please check our Craft Shows page in 2027 for an updated list of shows, dates, and locations.
Do you take custom or personalized orders?
Yes, we welcome inquiries about custom and personalized creations. Please email us at contact@sheskraftygirl.com with a detailed description of what you have in mind.
Please include the type of item, personalization or wording, preferred colors, approximate size, quantity, and the date you would need it by. Photos or examples are also welcome and can help us understand what you’re looking for.
We’ll review your request and let you know whether it’s something we can create, whether your requested timeframe is possible, and any additional information we may need.
Will the item I receive look exactly like the picture?
We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products. Because many She’s Krafty Girl creations are handcrafted, small variations in color, placement, materials, dimensions, or appearance may occur.
These natural variations are part of the handmade character of our creations and mean that your item may be slightly different from the one shown in a photograph.
How should I care for my handcrafted item?
Care requirements can vary depending on the materials used. As a general rule, handle handcrafted items with clean, dry hands and protect them from excessive moisture, humidity, extreme temperatures, and prolonged direct sunlight.
Wood, paper, fabric, paint, vinyl, and other materials may have different care requirements, so please follow any product-specific care instructions provided with your item.
